Mine seems to be back up and running properly. Am not getting the message any longer. Try to resend now; maybe they fixed it.

Me, too! I'm back to being able to send emails! I just finished talking to an xFinity rep and of course I couldn't replicate the problem!! All is well now. I hate losing an hour to a glith like this!! Back to work. It was comforting to know others were also having the same issue. Have a better day everyone!

Comcast's license expired within their email and they failed to renew it on time. In any company, the IT people know when a license is going to expire and it is renewed prior to customers receiving an outage. Seems they have a bunch of millennial employees that do not know what they are doing. Seems to be working now. Should never have happened.

Another problem with Xfinity is their forum. Most recent should be at the top of the page, not the bottom.
