Temporarily blacklisted IP

I can read and send email thru xfinity web mail, but when I try to read email thru a third party (Mac Mail) I receive the notification Temporarily blacklisted IP

I have several other emails in Mac Mail, although their domains are paid domains/Gmail/Yahoo etc with no issue.

How do I get my IP address removed from the Temporary blacklist IP on Xfinity?

Thanks for reaching out to us, we do apologize for any inconvenience you're having accessing your Xfinity e-mail through your third party provider.

A “Temporarily blacklisted IP" notification in third-party apps (like Apple Mail, Outlook) occurs when Xfinity’s security system flags your internet connection for high-volume spam, invalid login attempts, or VPN use. The fastest resolution is to call the Xfinity Customer Security Assurance (CSA) team at 1-888-565-4329 to unblock your IP. https://spa.xfinity.com/contact-us
