@user_nuv559 Are you attempting to access your emails using a 3rd party client that your Comcast email address is connected to? Have you attempted to reset your Xfinity ID password associated with your Comcast email address and then update that in the 3rd party application? Do you get the same message when attempting to retrieve your emails from connect.xfinity.com?
