Temp IP block xfinity for email on iphone

I have the same message which started 2 or so weeks ago that seemed to me to coincide with IOS upgrade etc. Very frustrating but here is what I did. I had a similar issue when I was in Maldives end of October. I had to change my VPN to turkey and I ALWAYS have my expressVPN on. But when I returned back to CA I got this error message and saw I was still connected via Turkey but I typically connect via LA. So rebooting and taking VPN up and down with no results. So I thot maybe going via LA and maybe due to the fires and scams etc. which occurred around the same time as my IOS UPGRADE I was thinking LA was corrupted so I connected my VPN via Phoenix instead. Problem gone.
