Tech support

Since February my laptop stopped downloading incoming Comcast emails on Outlook 365, continuously asking me for the password. Yesterday I decided to delete the account and install it again, but it wouldn't let me. I know the password is correct, but it continues asking for it. This is really very inconvenient because I have folders on Outtlook that I can open when I'm offline, and I can't do the same if I look at my mail on the web. Please help! I see that many people have the same issue.

Email does not appear under Categories so I didn't know what to enter.

Hello @IntheKeysPT, Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your day to leave a post on our community forum and we would be happy to help. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. To send a Direct Message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, and then type or select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a direct message.

It keeps asking me for my password, which I know is the correct one because it works fine on my cell phone and on the Xfinity web site. I was direct messaging with support and now they ask me to do a public post again.
