tech support outlook

Outlook has stopped working due to error code 0x800ccc0e which is related to a server issue.  I CANNOT reach a person.  The text link returns to a broken link and the chat is useless.  How can I speak to an actual person?

Hello @pdbu15 I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with Outlook and reaching support. This error is an authorization error on the IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol) server. Is your internet working ok? If so, I have some steps we can try to resolve Outlook error 0x800CCC0E.

1. Check that IMAP is enabled.
2. Verify IMAP settings in your email account.
3. Disable firewall or antivirus.
4. Remove the problem IMAP account from Outlook and reconnect it using two-factor authentication.
