syncing email ios
none of my iOS devices (iPad, iPhone, Macs) are syncing email. I stopped at my local Xfinity store and they said "it was above their pay grade". The email setting and server port are the same on all devices (Server Port 995). What can I do to update the settings on Comcast.net to make this work?

Mobile devices are usually set up for the IMAP protocol which uses port 993. Port 995 is for the POP protocol.
Are you sure you are using the right protocol/port combination?
