Switching to yahoo

@user_0nqa3d If you log into our connect portal you should see the banner at the top of the page if you've received your invitation to make the switch. We are still rolling out invitations throughout 2026 so there is a chance you have not yet received it. Check out our online resource for the Yahoo Mail migration to answer any additional questions or concerns you may have with this process.

Please note that at the time being migrating to Yahoo! Mail is optional and not mandatory.  When you do get the invitation to migrate please read it carefully.

I do not think I received an invitation to switch to yahoo. Do I need to wait for that invitation to do that?

What do you see when you log in to https://xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net/emailMigration? If your account is ready to be migrated the page should say "You're invited to upgrade ..." and have a "Get started" button. If not, I'd imagine they just haven't got around to your account yet. Or something is badly broken . . .
