Suddenly not receiving Comcast.net email
Friday, 11/28 my Comcast account suddenly stopped receiving email midday. I can send emails successfully from the account, but nothing is coming in. I do not have email Forwarding set up nor do I have any rules. I was receiving messages Friday morning as normal and then it suddenly stopped. I am not receiving any messages on my iPhone or directly through xfinity.com. Any ideas?

If an employee doesn't reply to your message here, Comcast Security Assurance should be able to help. You can reach them at 1-888-565-4329 (from https://spa.xfinity.com/contact-us). Note that this is NOT one of the general customer service numbers.
The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful, so you may need to be persistent and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.

Mine is working but extremely delayed. I can't log into my accounts that send codes because it's taking so long to send. Some are not even making it. I can send but receiving is delayed or non existent
