Stopped receiving emails last week...

I've had this email for over 20 years and stopped receiving emails last week. I can send emails, but no incoming emails come through. I started a support ticket with comcast with no help so far. Also checked all setting and rules and everything is all good. Would appreciate any help as everything in my life comes through this email.

Did you check to see if the Safe list has become active?  If it is, nothing will get to the Inbox except from contacts on that list.  To check, click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the Inbox page, then on Settings>>>>>>>Advanced settings.  If its enabled uncheck the box.
