Stopped receiving email on app
Yesterday I called CS because I could not access the recording options on the XFinity Stream app. Problem was quickly resolved by reminding my Xfinity stream account that I have a new email address address that should be associated with it (I left and went to Verizon for a couple of years and then returned). This morning I wake up to find no incoming emails landing in my iPhone mail app (which is linked to my old Xfinity/Comcast email address- the only email I actually use). All the email is still coming in on the Xfinity website under my old address, just not via the app. I mention yesterday’s call because I’m guessing somehow the two are related. I’d really like to get my mail on my phone. Help please.
