stopped receiving email from dell, best buy, possibly others....

checked all the things - filter, forwarding, spam, etc.  i was receiving emails from them less than a week ago.  last few days - nothing, no matter how many times i request a verification code, place an order, whatever.  is there anything to be done?

@XfinityMartyR​ yes. When I say checked all the things, I have checked all the things. It is also happening on another email within my family from the same domain - dell. Best Buy started coming through. It is 2FA emails were are not receiving. One may show up hours later, but they used to come within moments.

A strange thing happened the other day - I removed the account from my iPhone and re-added it to see if that would help. It didn’t, but after about an hour it prompted for the password to the email account, I tried to switch apps to copy the password because I hadn’t memorized it, but I was not able to do that. the only thing I could do was hit “cancel” to get out of the app but it has t popped back up again. I am still getting email though on the phone.
