My primary email address has not received any messages since 1/4/21.

Added Note: 4 other email boxes working. Used the Xfinity process on my PC. I don't have mail on my phone. Firefox and Edge browsers same thing, Used Microsoft Email and Thunderbird email also with same result. Restarted PC no help. I had this a few years ago and Xfinity had to reset my mail box. I tried the Assistant but there seems to be no way to report mail problems there. This is my primary email which receives vital messages.
