Stolen personal email

I’ve had my Comcast.net email since 2003 and now someone is using that very same email for their Walmart shopping/delivery. I’ve changed my password and added the secondary protection as of 09/26/2026. 
 I would like to have someone look into this for me. Also, I received an email this morning stating that the items they ordered will be delivered today to [Edited: "Personal Information"] if that helps any. 
P.S. I live in Minnesota…….
