Is there a way to mark an email that gets sent to my spam folder each and every time so that it goes to my inbox so that I don't have to keep looking in my spam folder. I was getting them just fine and just recently has been going directly to my spam folder

When they get to the Spam folder, you should see a button to mark them as "Not Spam".   Hit that to help "train" the filters.  It could take a long time and a lot of marking though.
