Spam is out of Control

I am getting bombarded daily with numerous spam emails.  Nothing I do seems to stop or lessen them.  What the heck is going on?  Can Xfinity offer any kind of solution or guidance?

Simple answer. No they can't and apparently won't.

user_hpb7yw Thank you so much for reaching out for help with getting SPAM emails. With your Xfinity email address we do have spam filters but to rely on you to let us know if emails make it through.  Feel free to check out the SPAM filters page to make sure you have the settings correct.  If they are marked as SPAM already and are still making it through you can use this page here to see how to let us know.

Proceed with caution! When scammers manage to hack into an online account, they sometimes "mailbomb" the account's recovery email addresses in the hope that the victim will be overwhelmed by the flood and won't see any "you changed your info" warning emails sent by the company managing the hacked account.

Comcast Security Assurance may be able to help. You can reach them at 1-888-565-4329 (from https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse/). Note that this is NOT one of the general customer service numbers. The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful, so you may need to be persistent and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.
