Spam filters not working

Hi

I keep getting spammed from this one particular company, and have set up several email filters in the "Mail Filter Rules", including but not limited to email address (always the same), subject line, etc. The emails keep coming through. What am I doing wrong here?

Impossible to say without seeing the filters and the raw source of the messages you are trying to block. That's complicated by Forum rules that don't allow email addresses to be posted.

Well, from what I am seeing it does.
