Spam filters not working

I am trying to block whole domains at this point. For some reason the filter has not blocked any of the domains I just spent 2 hours on going to each email and blocking (or at least I thought I was). I am not interested in blocking a single sender for example, I want to block @comcast.net. IE: the whole domain. How do I do this successfully??? Apparently the help articles aren't doing it as they have proven to be not much of a help.

Furthermore, I demand that Comcast stop calling it a filter until it does, ACTUALLY FILTER SOMETHING!

You're welcome to send me a PM with a copy of the filter and the raw source of an email it didn't catch and I'll see if I can figure out what's going on. Note that I am not a Comcast employee, just a fellow customer.

Hello, @user_413390 as mentioned in the other post. Xfinity email doesn't offer a way to block this way. It may be a good idea to look into a mail client or third-party tool that may have this feature. You will need full control over the email server to perform this type of action.

I am an Official Xfinity Employee.
