spam filter started blocking mail to myself from myself.

around 6/14/23, mail messages sent to myself ( using an iPhone shortcut) have been going to junk. I can send a normal message to myself and it gets through, so something subtle in the message must be tripping the filters. the messages look just like those that go through. 

I have myself in my contacts, and have tried my own filters to send directly to inbox if the message is from any variant of my email address. to no avail.

anybody seeing this?
