Spam filter has gone into overdrive - filtering out most of my email, even legit addresses

About a week ago my spam filter apparently kicken into overdrive.  It's now sending about 75% of my incoming email to spam.  There are several addresses I've REPEATEDLY marked as NOT spam, yet it it still sending them to spam.  

About 50%-75% of what it sends to spam is legitimate email.

HELP!!
