spam explosion and filters are not working
I have had my comcast address for well over 10 years and only in the last 3 week have been getting tons of spam. I made sure spam filtering is turned on. I have made a significant number of filter rules, but many still seem to get through despite the rules. Was getting hundreds a day, now down to around 50 but still a problem. I called CSA a week ago and waited and waited. They never said when they were going to call and finally called when I was in the bathroom and didn't leave a callback, so I called back and had to create a new ticket to start the process all over again.
I've done everything I can on my side and need help on the server side.
How can I get help on this as it's beyond annoying and I'm sure I will miss something important at some point?
