Spam email folder does not empty when spam from particular address is in it
I am receiving multiple emails a day from something called The Daily Horn, email is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I continue to receive these emails in my inbox despite having marked them as spam for weeks. The email address is not changing.
I move the email to my spam folder, but when one of these emails is in the spam folder, I cannot empty the spam. I have been successful emptying the spam folder when that email is not there.
I have tried to report it through the xfinity assistant, but when I try to report an online security issue, it doesn't load for minutes. Or if it does, I either get a message

@mpklein If you're using a mail app, follow the second set of steps on the "Report Spam & Phishing Emails" tab here https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse. It will have the address to forward the spam, in order to report it correctly. Just be sure to click on the link, then click on the Report Spam tab. You can also see the phone number to our Comcast Security Assurance team, if you prefer to speak with them over the phone.

I also have been the victim of these disgusting spam emails from "The Daily Horn" everyday for the past couple of months, even though I have never signed up for any such emails. As far as trying to unsubscribe, numerous Internet Security Experts (including Norton Internet Security) have stated that clicking on an unsubscribe link from a questionable source could pose a security risk and result in bigger problems. Because The Daily Horn appears to be an Xfinity customer with a Comcast email address, I would have thought that Xfinity could have resolved this abusive behavior quickly. I have reported The Daily Horn spam twice to Xfinity's Internet Security/Abuse link by copying and pasting the header from the spam emails (as instructed). Both times Xfinity acknowledged receiving my email, and yet The Daily Horn Spam keeps coming. Marking it as spam has not helped either. How long is it going to take for Xfinity to do something about this abusive behavior by one of their customers?

I unable to send unwanted spam mail to spam folder (using Samsung email ap) since a few days ago because it tells me I have reached my maximum addresses to block (or something like tgis). Could this just be the email app I'm using, or is it a comcast issue?
