Spam Email Filter

So over a 1 day period starting 24 hours ago, I have received over 150 Loan Offer emails.

I tried unsubscribing but later found out that is a no no, as then the spammer knows they have a good email. How do I put in a filter to maybe block like a keyword of "Loan". They all seem to contain that word in the subject.
