Spam Detection does not work well

My spam detection is turned ON.

I receive a fair amount of spam/phishing emails daily. Whenever I come across one that is not moved to the spam folder automatically, I click the icon to tell Xfinity that the message is spam. I would assume that the purpose of reporting the email is so that your spam filters can 'learn' over time, yet I constantly receive spam/phishing emails from the same sender over and over again. Why is that?

Also, I constantly get phishing emails that say they are from Xfinity. I would think this is one fraudulent email type that you should have no problem detecting. I'm reporting this to make you aware of the issues, but also because I'd like answers to what is being done to improve your filtering.

[Edit: tag] @rpelovitz Thank you for your response. We will need you to report this to our Customer Security Assurance Team (CSA). Please go to their site and report spam and phishing emails. There is a section (in the middle of the page) for webmail. I would also recommend you check out their Alerts tab at the top of the main page for known scams.

...These are examples (above) of blatant Xfinity Spam messages that your spam checker should have zero problems detecting.

Thank you for providing these examples @rpelovitz.

Have you been able to reach out to the CSA team and provide them these examples as well?
