Someone regularly hacking my account

I regularly get notice from xfinity to reset my password as someone else successfully asks to reset my account

Hello KGala! Thank you for your post to our Xfinity Forums for your concerns with your account being accessed without your permission. I can imagine this is alarming especially since our email addresses are used for other credential verifications. I'm sorry that you keep receiving these notices. I never understood why anyone would want my email since it's mostly junk, but it's scary what some people are able to do with the tiniest piece of information.

 

There are a few options that you have like two-factor authentication to help secure the account. Do you have two-factor authentication set up for the account? When you update your password are you also updating your security questions? 

Does the password reset email show your main email address or a secondary email address on the account? I was fooled once with a notice to my main email address. I went through all the steps and got another notice. This time I realized that it was for my secondary account, so I made the updates to that email addresses credentials and things were corrected.
