Some Incoming emails are delayed and some outgoing emails never arrive

I've had my own GoDaddy domain for 20+ years and I use the GoDaddy email forwarding to forward my email to my comcast email account. I have no GoDaddy mailbox. I am seeing more frequent cases where some of my incoming email gets delayed for hours. I'm using outlook connected to my Xfinity email account to send email. Some of my emails never arrive, others are delayed. I had ChatGPT check my DNS records and it indicated that records such as DKIM could be added to the Xfinity DNS to correct the problem. Is this something that can be done or do I need to stop using Xfinity email?
