some emails go to spam folder

Some emails from certain people go right to spam folder, I can read them there but links are inaccessible and everything is crossed off in the body of the email.

Mark them as Not Spam, and keep doing so.  It could take a while for the filters to see them as OK.  If it persists call Comcast security and see if they can help with it---------------------
