some emails folders are missing
June 2025 - Suddenly many of my email folders are missing. Not all, but a lot. The entire folders are missing and all the emails that were in them. Not in trash.

Hello, @Beer_Is_Good are you still missing email folders? Are you accessing your email from a third-party program like Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail or others? You may need to reset the Xfinity ID password at Xfinity.com/password. After resetting their Xfinity ID password, you'll also need to ensure the password stored in the third-party email program is updated to your new Xfinity ID password to continue sending and receiving emails.
