Small school...parents not receiving my emails

I've seen you've been able to fix other customer's problems.  We're a small school and I've just in the past couple of weeks had problems with people not receiving my emails.  My email lists are in small groups so it won't be blocked by spam filters.  

So thankful for any advice/help you can give!
