Slow tgyping response?

Lately I have been receiving a slow response to my typing in the Comcast

e-mail.  I am getting almost an instant response as I type this but in the e=mail program there is a pronounced delay.

Is there something I might have inadvertantly changed or a new feature from Comcast meant to give you a more frustrating service?

I am using a corded keyboard.

This is a continuing problem.

Did Xfinity ever respond?

This problem still persists and this is May 2021.  Using Google Chrome and it also happens in other browsers as well.

Thanks so much for taking the time to reach out to us regarding your email concerns. I can imagine how a slow curser can be frustrating especially when you are trying to get your thoughts down in an email. I would find it super frustrating myself. I would love to look further into this with you. Can you please reach out through private message with your first and last name, name on the account if different and service address?

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon. Click this "Peer to peer chat" icon or follow  https://comca.st/33K74s5
2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)
4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond.

I no longer work for Comcast.
