SLOW opening messages, AND suddenly NO SEARCH capability
For the past week or two, my Comcast email has been SLOW to open (and send). Happens on PC, phone, and tablet. Something with Comcast?
In past day have also lost ability to search emails. I can enter search term but it comes up with no results. Even when it's an email address where I know there are lots, or people (like my husband).
What's up with Comcast?
Also, their customer service s.... well, it isn't good. There was no way to email a problem or question, the Xfinity Assistant just kept repeating options over and over and no way to even email support that I could find.
