Signing in continually brings me back to sign in page

It did it like 12 times yesterday and I gave up.  This is logging in from the main xfinity page.  Also, I /never/ get the text SMS messages for the 2 factor.  Email code does come through but takes like 3 minutes.  I input the code and I'm back to signing in.  Doesn't matter if I select "stay logged in or not".

This is BEYOND ridiculous...

user_76ypg7 Good morning, and Happy Saturday! We appreciate you taking the time to reach out to our Xfinity Forums for assistance with signing into your account. I can see how this would be a super frustrating experience. I'm happy to help you get your account squared away. To begin, can you please send a Direct Message with your name, service address, and User ID?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

I don't see any of what you are talking about "Direct Message" icon, "New Message", etc.
