don't know. I have been using comcast email for over 30 years and now I have this problem? I have heard of Outlook a long time ago before comcast came along. I get the emails on my desktop with no problem, but I can't get it on the phone. Any suggestions? I tried calling Xfinity's number, but it's all AI, and I can't get a human to help. If you are a human, can you give me any advice??

@teachpostal are you trying to get your Comcast.net emails on your phone? If yes, most people use an email client such as Outlook.
