sign in problems

I am trying to sign in with my comcast email address and I keep getting an error message that calls me user_dxyxpf    I just reset my password and had no problem.  I want to sign on to my email

I just reset my password and it said to sign in on every device.  I am in successfully on my phone but can't get back in on my laptop.  Please help.  It is very important.

Can you please elaborate on what happens when you check your email on your laptop? Are you seeing an error code/message?
