Services ended

Hello

I ended services on 6.30.2026 but I’m being charged to renew. It was made the the rep the I spoke to that I’m no longer continuing xfinity and I did want it to move forward after 6.30.2026. I am requesting to not be charge as I was not told I would be charged. Just to return the modem by 7.30.2026 to the nearest xfinity store.

Please take the bill off my account.
