Service Related Email

I've been receiving emails from " [Edited: "Personal Information"]cast.net" that are unreadable. There is no subject, but in the body of the email it's stated, "THIS IS A SERVICE RELATED EMAIL". I'm also directed to enable HTML to read the email. Unfortunately, HTML is enabled but the body of the email shows mostly HTML code. I'm able to view other HTML emails just fine. I'm using Outlook, a part of Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021. Please let me know if this is something on your end, or if I need to do something in order to view these emails. Thanks.

@OKGeorge

Hello and thanks for reaching out to our team on these boards. You are in the right place for help with your email-related questions.

So far, this does not sound to be an official Comcast email address, and I am suspicious. Please be sure not to click on any links from unknown senders as this could be a phishing attempt. Have you received emails from this sender before? Have you experienced this issue with any other emails in the past? Do you currently have security software enabled on your device?

Thank you for your prompt reply. I would think this to be a phishing attempt, too, except all the links direct me to xfinity.com addresses. I've pasted the human-readable part below, along with the message header. If I hover over the links, I'm shown that they direct me to the same address as what's printed in the message. I do not click on links that I don't know what they're for or why I'm getting them, so we're safe there. These messages, I've received at least 2 others, are the only messages I have viewing issues with; all other HTML emails are correctly shown/viewed. I use either Microsoft Defender or Avast.
