Can you answer me 1. Is this an official Xfinity forum? My credentials were used to login. 2. Is OX or Open X Change now used for all Xfinity mail to be routed through? I did not sign up but now show OX as the logo and not X for my email.

Here's what I see when I reopen the Chrome browser on my Android phone after previously logging in to Connect and Overview:

Yes, and yes. forums.xfinity.com is an official Comcast/Xfinity site, and the company has been using Open-Xchange's App Suite for email since 2016. The favicon on connect.xfinity.com browser tabs is always an "X" when I'm on my desktop, but "OX" on my phone. I do not know why.
There's nothing like consistency, and Comcast/Xfinity is nothing like consistency.

I have spoken repeatedly to customer service now being transferred to mobile fraud unit. No one can answer why on mobile the OX logo shows after logging in to email on any browser. Is this explainable by you? Thank you for your time.

Yes the OX shows. If that is normal then fine. I do not understand though going from person to person to person on the phone, in chat, and in person and no one can answer that Xfinity is I guess using OX as a server for their email. It is fine whatever as long as it is legit. But the company for all it's tech and status really should make it easier for customers to answer a simple question.
I want to know too if sharing a Sim number over phone to customer service is normal. It seems on the surface like giving away your password. But if they legit have to reset it ok. But it also seems an easy way to fall victim to possible organizations sharing that information.
Thank you for your reply. It was so much better than anything else I got. I still would like a definitive statement that the company OX is involved and when that happened. It is their logo.
