Server error

Email wont send or receive all day. This is the error I receive.

Error! An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

Why?

​Access to reading and sending Emails should have been restored around 4:00 PM ET.  Receiving new Emails may be delayed due to a large backlog of messages that will slowly be delivered. ​

No e-mail in San Francisco. I have tried both the Web interface and Outlook.

To send a "Direct Message" message:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

Still timing out. I am trying to answer a email from my lawyer with including an attachment. BAD day for this to happen with probating my father's estate.
