Server Connection Error

For some odd reason, when I've been attempting to send and receive emails on connect.xfinity.com, I get this error that says "Error: The connection to
remote server imap-west.ge.xfinity.com was refused or timed out while attempting to connect. Please try again later.". What does this mean? And most important
of all, how do I fix it? This seems to have started since at least November 2, 2025, and it happens no matter what browser I use.
