Separate email into another account

Is it possible to take one of the emails from one account, and separate it into a new account under a new customer?

You need to clarify just what it is you are trying to do.  Are you asking about setting up a secondary account?  Or something else?  Please be as detailed as possible.

We have an account with multiple email addresses.

We want to take one of those email addresses and use it as the main address for a new account.  The old account will remain.  The new account will have a different owner than the original account.

Hello @user_534cf6! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Xfinity Forums with your email concerns.

There are a few things we will need to check into such as user authentication and how each account is set up, but this is definitely something we can help you with!

Please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name as well as your service address so we can assist.

To send a Direct Message, please click on the chat icon on the top right of this page, next to the bell. Make sure to send the message to our singular handle "Xfinity Support" and we will get back to you ASAP.

I no longer work for Comcast.

Do you mean you have a Primary account, and also have secondaries  set up under it?

And do you mean you are establishing service at another address?

And do you mean you want to use one of the existing secondaries as the Primary at the new address?

If the latter is the case, you would need to call Comcast.  They may tell you that you have to go to a service center to make the transfer.
