Sent box lacking history

I realized last night that my sent box only contains correspondence dating from 10/18/2018 to 10/18/2022, even though I have been using it regularly through the current date (3/27/2023). I ought to have a history reaching as far back as 2010. I tried reaching out to Xfinity customer service, because they have a recovery tool, but they said they can not run that tool on my email now.

@XfinityErika​ Thanks, but no.
It's not showing newer e-mail I sent either, and it doesn't matter if I'm using my personal e-mail application, or if I'm logged in to the email server on Xfinity.

Do you have any other ideas?

From webmail have you tried sending yourself an email to see if it comes in?

Also, have you checked to make sure you haven't hit the 10GB limit?  Click on the gear icon and at the bottom of the box it will show you how much space you have left.
