Sender Receiving Bounce Back Email

A sender is try to email me but receives this message back:

There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server. Please verify the e-mail address to which you sent the message is correct. Otherwise, contact your system administrator.

Response from destination mail server:
552 5.2.0 1SIrxozf3P9651SIsx5CHg DNS Error - SOA - midwestvending.com

Further detail: failed when sending dot to end DATA section, this most likely indicates something on the receiving side is causing the problem, please contact the administrator for the server at 96.102.157.181 for resolution, this is not a problem within Securence, there is probably no need to open a ticket with Securence. This started today. I'm receiving emails from other domains.
