Secondary user email accounts not available (looping issue)

I have several secondary user accounts associated with my primary account that are unable to check emails regarding of device, browser, or link/button to email.  I saw several others post about this issue and received resolution by posting onthat thread.  Unfortunately I am unable to comment on the thread so am starting a new one.
