Secondary Email Accounts Suddenly Stopped Working

Two secondary email addresses (older comcast.net addresses) associated with our main xfinity account suddenly stopped working on our devices.  Tried to login to xfinity to resolve this directly on the web, but there is no evidence that these secondary accounts even exist.  

I've tried to login separately using these email addresses but are prompted to change the password.  When I try to change the password, I am prompted to connect to our home Wi-Fi.  However, I'm already on my home Wi-Fi.  

Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

For the two email addresses in question, did it provide you an option to reset by a text message or email, by any chance?
