I want to set up a second email account for myself to keep my work and everyday email separate, how do I do this? Thank you.

Hi @user_ca2312c , To add an email address, sign in at xfinity.com under your Primary Account. Select the My Account link on the xfinity.com home page. In the Email Settings table, select Create Additional Email Accounts.

You may find it simpler to create the new user as a Viewer, compared to the other two user types.
Note that you need to be logged in as the Primary user to do this.
After the new user account is created, you'll need to log in to https://connect.xfinity.com/ and accept the terms to complete the email account creation.

Ok, I'll try that, thanks. Hey, I figured out how to change my primary email address and ID on my own, lol.

With the current version of "My Account" you can't create a new email address without also adding a new user.

What are you trying to do exactly? It isn't clear. In any event you need to define the new UserID/email in Comcast's My Account and webmail before you will be able to add it in Outlook.

You also need to log out of one account and then log in to the secondary account.
As BruceW said, you need to create the secondary email account in Comcast before it can be added to Outlook.

Realize now that you no longer can receive emails at that old primary email address, unless you kept it active and just added another secondary email account.
