I’ve already reported you to the BBB and the attorney General for NOT addressing the issue of sending threatening emails about losing your $10/mo discount if I don’t update my BILLING INFORMATION.
I am a new subscriber. You have my info and yet I’m getting 1 email every 2 weeks.
Your actions are very reminiscent of a scam!!
I WILL NOT SEND ANY OF MY PERSONAL BILLING INFORMATION!!
How dare you!!

Why do you think this is a scam? You have the option to provide the requested information in exchange for the monthly discount, or you can ignore it and lose the discount. In either scenario, it is not a scam. You can go into your account settings and turn off the sharing of your personal data, either way.
This is the same with each and every ISP out there. It is entirely up to you to accept it or not, and once again it is not a scam.
