Odds are 99.99% this is a scam.

If you check your email with Comcast's Xfinity Connect webmail (https://connect.xfinity.com/), look for the XFINITY Verified Email logo next to any message that claims to be from Comcast/Xfinity. See https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/comcast-verified-email. If the logo is missing when you view the message in webmail, the message is not from Comcast.

Unfortunately, AFAIK the logo is not present when you view one of their messages in an email app or program, not even in Comcast's own email app. It's only visible when you use their web email site.

The link does not direct you to an official Comcast website, nor would the Comcast Customer Security Assurance team send an email like that. You would see an account notice upon signing in via xfinity.com before you see an email or if using an email client in most cases, not receive emails anymore until you change/update your password. To note, i did have to edit your post to remove the phishing website link. To confirm, the email you received is a phishing email and DO NOT click any links within it. Mark the email as spam and then delete it.
