Scam or not?

I received this email today and was curious if it is a scam.  I did not ask for my email to auto disabled.   I have not done anything with this.  Is this legit??

It looks like a scam. Consider reporting it to "abuse@comcast.net". Follow the "Report Spam and Phishing Emails" link on https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse/ and the "Report Phishing Emails" instructions listed under that heading.
