Scam call?

I just received a phone call at my business from ([Edited: "Possible Scam Phone Number"]) someone who says they are a comcast rep. It was an indian woman who sounded like she was in a call center. She said they just upgraded service in my area and would like to give me promotional pricing to lower my bill. She asked how much my bill is every month, and I told her she should have that information. She then told me the price she could offer me. She said all I needed to do was send a copy of my bill to [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I told her again she should have that information, she said shes in sales and doesn't. I told her I would send it and hung up. I, of course, didn't, and she called back an hour later asking for it again, but from another number ([Edited: "Possible Scam Phone Number"]) and I hung up on her. Was this, in fact, a sales call? None of the numbers had a (V) next to them, and I'm not sure what they could possibly do with just a copy of my bill
