Samsung Email App won't sync viewed/deleted messages

When I view email on my Samsung phone using the Samsung Email App, I can view all the email in my inbox, but it doesn't sync other folders.

If I look at sent items, it only shows items sent from my phone, and those messages don't show up in my online Xfininty web based email.

I can't see any of my personal email folders on my Samsung Email App

If I view a message, they are marked read on the app, but on on my webmail site.

If I delete an email, it disappears on the app, but on on the webmail site.

Is there any way to get changes made to messages on my phone to sync with the web based email folders?

jlkrsak Thank you so much for stopping in for help with your email not syncing to your Samsung mail. If the changes you made on one device are not showing in your Xfinity mail, there may be an issue with the Samsung server connecting on our end. When these issues happen, we recommend deleting the saved email settings and setting up like new.
